Refund policy

Refund eligibility for digital products and license keys.

Before a key is delivered

An unpaid order may be canceled at any time. If payment was captured but fulfillment has not started, contact support as soon as possible.

After digital delivery

Because a delivered license key can be viewed and copied, completed digital orders are normally non-refundable. This does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Eligible cases

  • The delivered key is invalid and cannot be replaced.
  • The product materially differs from its published description.
  • A duplicate payment was captured for the same order.
  • CDKS.TOP is unable to fulfill the order.

Not normally eligible

  • The customer purchased the wrong edition or platform.
  • The device does not meet published system requirements.
  • The key was used, transferred, resold or disclosed to another person.
  • The customer changed their mind after viewing the key.
